I’m seeing quite a few good domains come to auction and my buying activity has really picked up in the past month and probably till the end of this month. Lots of good opportunities out there. Especially in the sweet spot area where you can get a domain in the $100-$1,000 range where you could have the potential to flip it in the $1,000-$5,000 range. Here’s the list…
My Top 5 Picks
InsuranceDirectory.com – lots of types of insurance so this could become a very big directory. If you can do the SEO right on this and rank it high in the SERPS you’ll have companies begging to pay to get listed on your site.
FreeMale.com – jeez, could be a play on Female, could be a play on Free Mail, could be a site where men give themselves away, so many uses, so little time.
Grooved.com – sounds like a nice domain to me, could be used for something music related.
GGHD.com – like this domain, the HD could stay for high definition… maybe Google Glasses High Def, maybe not.
Pkh.net – yup, some people are still letting their LLL.net’s expire. Why don’t they sell them all to me for a Double Cheeseburger each instead of letting them drop.
My 5 Picks with Less Than 10 Bidders
DriveTo.com – worth a shot if you can pick it up for under $200 methinks.
GotConcerts.com – I think most everyone is familiar with the Got Milk campaign, I think “Got”+Keyword could work out as a nice domain.
Topicks.com – I don’t really like it, but you might. I’m not a fan when two words share a combined letter (i.e. Top + Picks = Topicks (they share the P).
PetTshirts.com – I like this one, people go crazy about their pets, putting their pet’s picture on a tshirt is something I could see a bunch of people doing.
CollegeFootballReport.com – I’m a fan of college football, this sounds like a site I’d visit from mid-August through mid-January.
My Darkhorse Pick (a domain I think you can snatch cheap and sell for over $1,000)
BisexualParty.com – not my cup of tea but could be a fun time for some.
