It’s been a slow month so far in terms of getting domain offers which is strange because I got a ton during the summer (which is when most people say is the slow time). I’m also testing out instead of parking a few names with Sedo I’m just forwarding them to the offer page so we’ll see how that goes. The thing I don’t like about the Sedo parking page is that it’s all about the ads and then you have that little blurb about “this domain may be for sale” which doesn’t really catch the eye unless you’re looking for it. Here’s the list…

My Top 5 Picks – guesses anyone? The Y isn’t too bad being up front here since it can stand for Your. – nice single word .com domain, should get $2k. – they make leases so damn confusing that most people need some unbiased support. – nice domain. – not as popular term as snowblower but hey it still works.

My 5 Picks with Less Than 10 Bidders – everyone wants affordable things nowadays. – nice name for a tv online streaming site. – you can use this in conjunction with the domain right below. – good domain to list out all the sites that sell templates and don’t forget to affiliate link up them all. – choices choices, what would YOU put on this domain?

My Darkhorse Pick (a domain I think you can snatch cheap and sell for over $1,000) – nice name for a Camtasia type of product.

  • Hey Chris,
I enjoy your “commentary” before your lists. Am learning alot from it, even if they are brief and to the point.
I know it takes more time, but it would be great if you blogged some longer posts sharing more of your experiences buying/selling, etc.

    • Jim – thanks for the comment. I’ve been meaning to do at least a weekly non-list post. Maybe I’ll have an extra cup of coffee and bang one out from now on.
