I love when things happen like you plan for them to… I bought a domain at an expired domain auction for around $1,500 two weeks ago. I used this new tool I had created to search for the keyword in Google, get me the domain name for every natural search result and ad on the first two pages. Then it grabbed me the whois emails for those domains. And I sent an email out to the list. Have one person I’m negotiating with on the domain, their offer is up to $5k but I know this is at least a $10k domain (more if I am patient and sit and wait). While I haven’t sold it yet, the process took me literally minutes and if I accepted their current offer it would be a couple grand of profit for a few minutes of work. Here’s the list…
My Top 5 Picks
Domans.com – I’m sure you all can find a use for a typo of ‘domains’.
Tortured.com – you could go the gory route and put those gross videos on this domain (they do get a lot of views) or you could list out all the shows that women watch that torture you if they want you to watch them too.
Reprinted.com – nice domain to sell reprints of famous works of art.
Sorrows.com – a liquor company should buy this domain and people can drown their sorrows in (liquor brand).
Orom.com – pretty decent VCVC.com domain.
My 5 Picks with Less Than 10 Bidders
TrainMyPuppy.com – sounds like a book title, write up an ebook and sell it on this domain name.
Bleach.org – it washes clothes to get your whites whiter, or if you drink it you’ll die.
3Dsex.net – if 3D ever becomes mainstream (doubtful at the moment) this is a nice domain.
XXXhouse.com – sounds like a fun house.
Craved.com – you could put a list of things that pregnant women craved during pregnancy and give expecting fathers a heads up on what they need to buy at the grocery store.
My Darkhorse Pick (a domain I think you can snatch cheap and sell for over $1,000)
CelebrityNude.net – people go crazy to see nude celebrity pics. Not sure of the fascination but whatever floats your boat.
Do you have a copy of that tool available to purchase? If so, please email me.
This tool sounds cool!
Care to share it?
Not looking to distribute it (neither paid nor free).
What name was it? Maybe you’ll sell it to one of us!
Don’t want to mention the name today as I’m still negotiating with the other party on it and don’t want to disrupt that. If we don’t work out a sale I’ll mention the name.
Strange! When we market a name we want the world to know about it and hope to drive several prospective buyers but you want to keep it quiet even though you don’t want to accept the $5,000 offer on the table. Also strange that you keep referencing a tool that supposedly works miracles by locating end users but you don’t want to share. Very unique style you have, whoever you are!
