The other day I was mad at myself for not paying attention at an auction that I thought I was winning and ended up losing. Today I got an email that the other bidder did not pay and I got offered the chance to buy the domain, which I jumped on. What pisses me off is I wonder how many times you get into a bidding war with someone and they know damn well they have no intention of paying if they win, they are merely trying to be a dick and drive the price up on you, and you get stuck paying more become of that idiot. Here is today’s list…
My Top 5 Picks
aii.net – AI = artificial intelligence… not sure what the last “i” can stand for.
bjs.net – what kinda guy doesn’t love BJS? I mean it is better than Costco IMO.
professionalcleaner.com – sell it to a business that cleans carpets for a living.
flynt.com – speaking of bjs, the guy who owns Hustler is named Larry Flynt… and he has lots of money… see where I’m going with this?
househelp.com – otherwise known as a nanny but this is a nice brandable domain to list some services on.
My 5 Picks with Less Than 10 Bidders
closetsinc.com – there are quite a few businesses that make they dough by organizing, arranging, or building closets.
firstpresbyterian.com – I’m not sure if a church will buy a domain name, but if you market it to the wealthy people who attend that church as something they can donate… always thinking…
aquariumlamps.com – nice product domain, they make them for fish tanks, for snake tanks, for lizard tanks, etc…
alphakappaalpha.com – three greek letters equals possible fraternity or sororiety.
smarttouch.net – nice name, lots of products nowadays and in the future are going to use ‘smart touch’ technology.
My Darkhorse Pick (a domain I think you can snatch cheap and sell for over $1,000)
djs.info – a directory for DJs to list themselves on, charge $50 per listing, get 1,000 DJs to list themselves, make 50 grand.
