At the end of the year you see different people employing different strategies. Some are dumping domains because they want to grow their income for the year, or because they are getting bearish on some domains, while others are buying domains either because that is what they do, or buying extra because they want to lessen their taxable income for the year. Personally I am always buying so I love finding the guys who are dumping. Here’s today’s list…
My Top 5 Picks
eag.com – we get a strong LLL.com that IS NOT a reserve auction.
crashers.com – a site about wedding or party crashers… what else would you do with it?
williamsburg.net – do people develop .net geo domains? I tried once but it didn’t go all that well so I moved on.
lafayetterealestate.com – GEO+RealEstate.com, I know there’s a ton of people who love that type of domain.
freesocial.com – I think ‘social’ has become the most common online term and people love free. Maybe a site that has free apps or game add ons for social sites.
My 5 Picks with Less Than 10 Bidders
lunna.com – if you like 5L.com pronounceable domains here you go.
cheapvacations.org – another thing people love is cheap stuff. And with the economy what it is I bet a ton of people are searching for cheap vacations right about now.
doxs.com – shortened form of documents? Or trendy four letter .com? You decide.
parkplace.net – hey, it’s not Broadway but it is the second most valuable property on the Monopoly board.
istorefront.com – if you want to sell a storefront app for people to sell stuff through the iPhone here is a nice domain to do it on.
My Darkhorse Pick (a domain I think you can snatch cheap and sell for over $1,000)
cloudtablet.com – today I don’t think ‘cloud tablet’ makes any sense, but what about tomorrow?
