Domain inquiries for me have been slow for the past two week, hoping it is the holidays. On my domains for sale I have them all as “make offer” and none as fixed price. On the lower quality ones I’m thinking of switching to fixed price come the new year. It will help cut down on the number of ridiculous offers I get and I think it might help drive a few incremental sales. Here’s today’s list…
My Top 5 Picks
ragtime.com – had no idea why there was so many bidders on this, then I Googled it and saw the different meanings and uses and it made more sense. I still don’t like the domain but there’s a ton of people who do so what do I know.
onlineHR.com – says what it is, could be used by a company that offers HR services online that a lot of smaller companies outsource with.
wheelbarrows.org – if you sell them then this domain would suit you well, not sure many people would want to read a content site about them so I would not give that a try.
rival.net – just caught part of The Count of Monte Cristo last night which is the epitome of having a rival.
shipbuilder.org – used to be done all by hand, now done mostly by machine.
My 5 Picks with Less Than 10 Bidders
lonestarhousing.com – nice brandable domain for a construction company in Texas.
stpaul.tv – not sure how the geo market for .tv domains is, I guess good if you sell it to a news station in St. Paul.
givemeahint.com – this saying gets said probably a million times a day so there’s recognition if nothing else.
hybridloans.com – this is a real thing (I Googled it) so I’m surprised there’s only 1 bidder… granted I wasn’t sure it was a real thing until I checked.
thestarterhome.com – good domain name to show prefab model starter homes.
My Darkhorse Pick (a domain I think you can snatch cheap and sell for over $1,000)
financialplannernewyork.com – I would like the New York to come before the financial planner but there’s so many of them in NY that you should be able to find one who wants the domain.
