There are some nice domains on the board today that I think could sell pretty cheap and I see a lot of value here. My goal when I buy a domain name is I need to believe I’m buying it for 20% of what I could resell it for. If you are using a different ratio you may not stay in business too long.

You can click any of the domain names to be taken directly to their auction page.

My Top 5 Picks

Nofi.com – who let’s their CVCV.com domains expire? Pronouncable and can be used as No fi (not sure what fi would represent though).

CityService.com – a directory of city services perhaps. That actually would be pretty popular once you put in all the work to build it.

EventPlanner.net – there are a lot of these around and having a premium domain on their business card is a symbol that this event planner is legit.

Bookbag.org – every kid has one, and what’s even better is most kids buy a new one every school year so you’ll get a lot of recurring sales.

Octopus.org – Brandable which is the only value I see here, no commercial value by itself unless you brand it.

My 5 Picks with Less Than 10 Bidders

EyeSightTest.com – every eye doctor has one hanging up… in each room.

AdultPublisher.com – affiliate site for the adult realm?

Hiwy.com – catchy and will probably go cheap.

EntrepreunersUniversity.com – nice domain for a forum, charge $5/month per member and hope you get a couple thousand members. Quit McDonalds and run info sessions how you went from McDonalds to six figures per year.

MessageBoards.net – directory of message boards or sell a software for message boards.

My Darkhorse Pick (a domain I think you can snatch cheap and sell for over $1,000)

ForgottenCity.com – definitely a cool name, I’d buy this video game.
