Saturdays are usually slow for domain names coming to auction but today’s list I’m digging. I’ve picked up quite a few names at auction the past week and once the sales are complete I’ll be writing a post about the best ones that I’ve acquired recently. Here’s today’s list…

My Top Picks – good letters, easy to say, could be a ‘noc noc, who’s there’ site… well, maybe not. – whether you want to talk about bananas or grandmas this domain would fit the bill. – never been, maybe will go one day, good brandable for a tourism site. – sounds like a clothing line for metrosexuals, I’m more of a jeans and t-shirt type of guy. – they are legal in Mexico (I think) so if you start a site make sure the US is not a shipping option. – people who have purple hair are passionate about their purple hair so you’d have a dedicated core userbase. – great domain name, will probably sell for around $3k I’d guess. – easy to say and short. Ring the register for $1,250 on this one I think.

My Top Picks with Less Than 10 Bidders – if you know a middleman who connects people with emailing lists to people who want to mail out this is a domain for them. – amazing brandable, don’t care that it is a .net because there’s tons of gold traders out there. – I’d guess a few businesses use this as their name, if not I’d guess a few would love to shorten their name to this. – 17 years old and says it got 426 visitors the past month. – this one too is 17 years old, and quite a few possible uses for it.

My Darkhorse Pick (a domain I think you can snatch cheap and sell for over $1,000) – I had about 5 jokes flash inside my head, none of them appropriate to type out here.
