One of my goals in domaining is to have my parking pay for my annual domain renewals. Honestly I’m not there yet, but I’m slowly inching closer as I increase the quality of my portfolio. If you can offset your renewals with your parking revenue then you literally can sit back and wait for offers to come in at no cost to you. This is why a lot of the people who have been sitting on domains for years on end can afford to do so, it costs them nothing. If you’re not making any money off your domain portfolio and you keep paying renewal fees out of your pocket each year you might want to consider a strategy shift in the near future. Here’s today’s list…

My Top Auction Picks

carflags.com – it’s a product domain, more popular down south with the warmer weather and Nascar fans.

businesstobusinessmarketing.com – domain is pretty long even though the keywords are meaningful. I think long domains may scare away some potential end users.

whistles.net – product domain that will be frequented by NBA and NFL referees.

localdealsdaily.com -solid name if you want to create a daily deals aggregator site.

opentooffers.com – the most common phrase I hear when I contact people to see if their domain is for sale and what their price is. 95% of the time I get the I’m “open to offers”. Blahhhh.

bloodvault.com – sounds like something you’d see in one of those Blade movies.

primetime.net – lots of uses, and Dieon Sanders is a possible enduser.

senses.net – would be good for a doctor who specializes in some of the senses.

watchlivechannels.com – if you like buying domains with traffic it says this one got 5,700 hits in the past month.

doctorreviewsonline.com – review sites are always popular and even though I’ve read articles saying that more than half of online reviews are fakes people still want to read them.

huskytees.com – three options, you sell t-shirts of the dogs, you sell t-shirts for larger guys, or you sell t-shirts for several college teams (Washington, UConn, etc…).

greenvilleproperties.com – good name for a realtor in that area to pick up. Also 14 years old (which is always a good selling point to a potential buyer).
